This article analyzes the relation between Neo-Marxism and and contemporary critic theories. Neo- Marxism is basically a theory that extends vision of the Marxist theory. Neo- Marxism relates Marxism with structuralism ,Culturalism , Post colonialism , and other Post modren theories. Neo-Marxism is a combined study of scientific and philosophical basics of Marxism. Lucien Goldman, Louis Althuesser, Fredric Jamison, and many other Neo-Marxists explain Marxism on the basis of said critic theories and make Neo-Marxism a strong critic tool to explain literature. This article tends to present clear picture of comparative study of Neo-Marxism and other present theories of criticism.
